How we got
here.

The first room. One mirror, two chairs, and a borrowed coffee machine. We named the place after Marilyn — half because of the films we kept playing, half because the owner's grandmother insisted.

The second salon opened on a quiet street in Al Barsha. Same hands, same coffee machine. By then we had a bridal book that ran six months ahead.

The third — Downtown — opened during a strange year, between waves. The room is the prettiest of the three, with mirrors that catch the Burj Khalifa light at sunset. Same standards as the first.
